I didnt have to wait for a driver and didn't have to share a ride, thus no stops along the way. I was previously with Acura Los Gatos, but changed to Acura of Pleasanton and am glad I did. I like it that they make me feel like I'm important. 🙂

We had to fix the door lock cover on our MDX. It was determined that Acura would need 1.5-2 hrs to fix. We had schedule conflicts but Pleasanton of Acura was really accommodating with our schedule. Marisol was really helpful with the scheduling and Shaun took great care of us during the actual appointment.
